Samsung Galaxy A34 in terms of design, the new Samsung A34 phone seems to be a modified version of its last year's A33. This year the big difference is the chip that's inside the phone. Samsung has moved from its own chip to a MediaTek Dimensity 1080 chip. This is noteworthy because the pricier A54 variant received a new Samsung chip. The A34 itself is essentially the same as last year's model, aside from the chi. However, the Samsung Galaxy A34 is built of plastic and does not have any premium materials used, but feels sturdy to hold in hand with no flex either. It does sound cheap when we tap on the back, which of course is a minor detailing. It also has IP67 rating - which means that is dust and water-resistant, just like the phone's predecessor. The display is protected by Gorilla Glass 5 on the front side.

Samsung A34 5G uses MediaTek Dimensity 1080 processor instead of using their own. It's a decent chip for mid-range devices and it is manufactured using the latest 6nm process, making it quite efficient too. It is an octa-core processor, wherein the 2 cores are a high-frequency variant for performance, while the remaining six belong to power-efficient class.
The Samsung A34 and the Samsung A54 are based on different chips. Galaxy A34 with MediaTek Dimensity If there is an area where the Galaxy A34 and A54 are alike, it's in performance — specifically with graphics. They share the same type of GPU, although there's a small advantage for A54.
Processor is also decent for Samsung Galaxy A34. It gets the job done and is pretty much identical to the expensive A54 variant. It is smooth and fast, especially using the higher refresh rate display. These Mobiles could perform all day to day tasks and even some light gaming easily.
